Purchased ringtone from iTunes not appearing in Tones list

Purchased a ringtone from iTunes and it shows up in my music but not in my tones. When I went through sound and haptics there should have been an option when I went to tones to download all tones purchased. However, when I went there that option was not available. How do I get my ringtone to show up in my selection of tones?

You likely bought the full song instead of an actual ringtone. Regular music tracks show up in your music library but cannot be selected as ringtones automatically. To fix this, you must buy the specific ringtone version from the iTunes app or convert your song into a tone.
