What are the chances of recovering water-damaged chargers and restoring iPhone and MacBook functionality?
Some water got on my chargers. I heard a click and smelled something, but didn't realize what it was til my macbook battery was low and I got up to charge it. When I saw the water, I tried to move my macbook charger to other outlets, but there's been no sign of life since, not even the low battery icon when I hold the power button. I found another cable and plug and tried another outlet and still nothing. My phone can be difficult to charge, but it started charging immediately, made it 10%, then stopped and now I can't get it to charge anymore. Also tried with another plug and outlet, but had to use the same cable. What are the odds the cables/plugs that got wet can be recovered? What are the odds the iphone and macbook will work with new chargers or (if not) can be fixed?
