I edit from ssd sandisk, I finished editing and exported same way as always, 4k, apple devices, h264 single faster. and my file are splitting, I have turned off segmentation, same issue. I then dragged the whole folder from ssd to my desktop and it worked. then io felt the ssd was bad, but mind you... other library files were exporting well, then I used another ssd 4tb 2000mbp/s and just after exporting sameeee again, I'm tired I've searched everywhere...my file keep splitting, please I need help, I've cleared cache and files, same... I have a deadline

If you are turning off export segmentation and it is still doing it, I suggest you delete the custom settings.

This is the usual first step when the application is not working properly.

To delete preferences, hold down command and option while starting the application and click Delete Custom Settings. The application will start with default settings and open an "Untitled" library. Adjust the settings, reopen the library you were working, and see how it works now.

Note: my personal mac does not support export segmentation, but I made a quick test in an M1 Max Mac Studio, and it exported just fine. I could watch three separate parts being created and then a single file when all work was done.

HEY everyone, after many research, and looking through,

we highlighted the whole timeline and did a render of it, the background task bar however finished finished and all showed idle, but a deeper look we discovered that the progress bar that shows right at the top of the timeline got stuck on a particular import, even tho background said completed. we narrowed down and discovered it was a png file, we deleted it and did a full export and all my export files was one at conclusion.
