iPhone not ringing for calls from a specific number
I cannot get a phone call from my credit union phone number. They call me but my phone does not ring. It is not blocked. What can I do ??

Seems you need to find which one of many possible causes is the culprit ?
A few thoughts on what you may want to do:
- Check whether or not the calls register as "missed" "unknown" or "spam" calls.

- Check whether "Do Not Disturb" or that "Ringer" (not Silent) is on when they call
- Check with your provider why calls aren't getting through from that number.
- Check that your profile details listed at the Credit Union site are up-to-date.
- Check that your credit union is listed in your "Contacts" app.
If needed: Add their details.
(ie: You may have a setting in place that limits calls to those listed.)
- On your iPhone:
Check whether the ringtone for that number has been set to "None"
ie: Contacts app > select Credit Union > if needed : Edit > Ringtone
- Check that number hasn't been accidentally blocked, or isn't an "unknown" call.
