تم سرقة هاتفي ولا أستطيع الوصول إلى الآيكلود لان جهازي فقدته في غير دوله وعندما أريد ادخال الآيكلود إلى جهازي الآيفون الجديد يطلب كلمة سر مكونه من ٢٨ حرف وأنا فدتها مع جهازي المسروق

First, you posted your WhatsApp number on a public user to user only forum. I have asked the moderators to remove your number. It's BAD to EVER post personal information on a public forum.
Without your recovery key or access to another trusted device where you could generate a new one, you will have to visit an Apple Store for direct help.
