You’ve kinda answered your own question.

No backup = No data recovery.

However, are you sure that you don’t have an Automatic iCloud Backup ? (It is iOS’ default setting)

If you do, you’ll be given the opportunity to restore from that backuo while setting-up your replacement phone.

Regarding your data…

If you DO NOT have an iCloud or iTunes backup then the data may still be there in certain circumstances.

Without Backup these may still be available.

  1. If You have synced your data to iCloud, then what you will get back is what you have synced to iCloud and uploaded to iCloud Drive;
    1. The information that is synced and stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail*, Notes, Voice MemosMessages*, shared photosiCloud Photos*, Health data*, call history*, and files* you store in iCloud Drive.
    2. *-If you had turned on Messages in iCloudiCloud Photos, Mail, Health data, call history under iCloud, and files you store in iCloud Drive your content is automatically stored in iCloud and is available on all devices that use the same Apple ID
  2. You have imported your Photos & Videos to Mac/PC then they are safely residing there on Mac/PC
  3. You have uploaded some of it to Cloud Drives using the Files app (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc). The data remains there.
  4. If you have not backed up or do not have the latest backup, nor imported nor you have synced or uploaded your data to cloud drives prior to the situation that you are in, then I am sorry, all your data is lost.

Unless you get lucky enough to get the phone back, any data that exists only on that phone is lost to you. Even if you get the phone back, if someone has entered too many incorrect passcodes in the course of trying to get into the phone, you will be forced to wipe the phone to get back in, causing your data to be lost to you.

Backups must be made before catastrophe happens. Afterwards is generally too late.

Note that email accounts are usually set up so that the master copies of your emails live on your provider's servers, where they would not automatically be wiped out by the loss of a device.

Any third party site that can recover my unsaved data.

No. There is no place to recover it from. You can't recover something that doesn't exist.

Take this as a life lesson. Your data is gone. The only place it existed was on the phone. Without the phone... you get the picture.

If you don't have a backup, you have nothing to restore. A few of the iCloud settings will transfer back over to your new phone. But....you were not backing up your photos, music, videos, documents, etc to iCloud.

I was trying to encourage you to think about backing up your new iPhone automatically each day, so you will always have a complete copy of everything on your iPhone if you lose the phone, it is stolen, it is damaged, etc.

I only have 5gb saved in iCloud and the remaining data don't saved in iCloud due to lack of storage.

For $1 a month, your iPhone would have been able to back up automatically to iCloud each day.....IF....you had chosen this option.

Hopefully, you will consider taking advantage of this option with your new phone.

Not having a backup is like not fastening the seat belt in your car. Everything will be OK until it's not and too late.
