Screen Glitches When Charged After Third-Party Replacement

I recently knocked my phone off a kitchen countertop onto a linoleum floor. The top of the screen would not respond to touch so it had to be replaced (third-party repair as it is a refurbished device). Unfortunately, the new screen glitches whenever the phone is charged, meaning the phone cannot be used while on charge. Thin horizontal lines appear, part of the bottom blacks out and the entire screen sometimes flickers on and off. This happens within either seconds or a couple of minutes of plugging in (it varies). At first I thought it was the cable, but an unused cable had the same issue. The new screen is an “Unknown Part”. I am using an iPhone 11 running iOS 26.6.
