Iphone 26 pro max shutting down

Hello. My iphone 16 pro max suddenly shutdown after it was not charging. I tried to charge with different charger an wireless but it was responding; after that it become dead; I went to apple authorized service and said a logic bar needs to be changed which means losing my data; I thing a second diagnosis is important especially that there were ni issues at my iphone. Have any one experienced such issue and do you thing going to main apple store would make a difference?

I would not prefer unauthorised service centres for such issues.

Take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Get a Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Contact Genius Bar.

Manage Reservations - My Reservations - Apple

You do have backups.....correct? Just reload the backup and your phone will look look just like it did before.

Based on your description, a replacement logic board is what will be required to get things working again on your iPhone.

Not really, but the Apple Store / Genius Bar might have the logic board in stock while an authorized Apple repair shop would likely need to order the part. But, no way to know for sure unless you check with the shops.
