AirPods 3 suddenly stopped working when pairing with a new iPhone 17
My AirPods 3 were working normally before I paired them with my newly purchased iPhone 17.
During the initial setup and pairing, the AirPods suddenly stopped working.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue when pairing AirPods 3 with a new iPhone 17?

I already took my AirPods to an Apple Store to have them tested, and the staff confirmed that they cannot be used.
I purchased three new iPhone 17 devices, and this problem happened during the setup and pairing process. I am very frustrated because the AirPods were working normally before this.
I would like to know how I can get them repaired or replaced free of charge. Could you please advise me on the next step?
We are apple users and apple is not actively participating on this forums. I would ask that in the apple store if this is possible depending on your warranty status

I also submitted feedback to the AirPods team yesterday, but I have not received a response yet. I hope Apple can look into this issue, as the AirPods stopped working suddenly during the setup and pairing process with my new iPhone 17.
If the AirPods have been used for more than one year, does that mean Apple is no longer responsible for them? Is there any way to get Apple to replace them with a new pair free of charge?
