Transfer outdoor walk from Apple Watch to Strava
How do I transfer an outdoor walk recorded on my apple watch to Strava on my iPhone?
As I recall, Strav syncs with Apple Health. Look in the Strava settings. When you set it up, you'll be able to see what categories will sync.
