How do I remove an unavailable Ventra card from my Apple Wallet?

Is your Ventra card a credit card, debit card, prepaid debit card or what exactly?

Access the Wallet app by locating the app on a Home Screen and clicking on the app. Double clicking the Side button (power button) activates Apple Pay verification but does not open the app.

If you have adjusted your screen display by zooming, making fonts larger and or bold, you’ll need to set to default so the three dots are visible in the upper right corner.

What devices is the card associated with, iPhone, iPad and/or Apple Watch? Does the card appear in the Ventra app? Do you use a VPN?
