For the rest of the story, you failed to admit that you signed out of your Apple Account and signed in with someone else's account, like to gain access to some app or something you wanted, but couldn't get yourself. And now they have put your phone in Lost Mode and the next thing they'll do is demand a ransom, often by Bitcoin, with the promise they'll release the phone back to you. But they won't, and not only will you have lost control of your iPhone, but you'll also be out money.

You made a FATAL mistake signing out of your account in the first place. A mistake you cannot recover from. Since they have put your phone in Lost Mode, Apple, even with the original receipt, CANNOT unlock the phone.

Learn from your fatal mistake and go buy a new iPhone as your phone is now a useless brick you can't use.
