Original music files are not found on computer but play on synced phone

Others have mentioned this. Original music I created, mixed, and mastered. And have on my computer. I try to play it on my computer. “File not found” “do you want to locate it”.

I have moved nothing. I have deleted nothing. I have nothing on external hard drives. Literally did nothing.

the music will play on my phone which is synced to the cloud which is synced to my computer.

what the **** is going on? This just started happening within the past few months.

What is happening? why is it happening?
