Safari Start Page components

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a visual glitch in Safari where the Start Page components (Favorites icons, Privacy Report, and Reading List) remain visible and overlap directly on top of the active webpage content after opening a site.

The UI elements freeze over the website, making both the site and the start page unusable unless I force reload or close the tab.

Has anyone encountered this WebKit/rendering issue before, and is there a permanent fix or setting adjustment to prevent this overlap?
