Non deletable Apple Inc.from iPhone storage

That's your App Library and isn't removable. There was nothing for you to Authorize. We ALL have this in our iPhones. If you tap it it clearly tells you what is covered.

That entry is not a file. It’s a collection of data shared by multiple apps.

Tapping on that entry shows the details.

Locally, that looks like this:

On no evidence, I’d assume the local passwords cache is included in that storage pool. Among other uses. Likely Apple Intelligence data too, given the icon shown.

Other than removing the apps that are using (sharing) that data, there’s no means to delete it short of a reset.
