That sounds like you’re looking for Hide My Email.


If you have iCloud+, Apple can generate a unique random email address that forwards to your real inbox. You can use it for website forms, newsletters, and contacting businesses without giving out your actual address.


On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > your name > iCloud > Hide My Email. On a Mac, go to System Settings > your name > iCloud > Hide My Email.
