App removed from App Store; no response from Apple Developer Program

Hi

My app was removed from the App Store and not sure why. I have sent several emails through the developer program but I have not been able to get anyone to reply. This has been going on for over a week now and I am confused. Is there a way to escalate this or speak to someone that may have a direction on what's wrong so I can correct the problem. Or if anyone has a contact phone number for me to call?
