My iPhone 17 and Apple Watch 11 suggesting a paid app for glucose monitoring

I recently upgraded to iPhone 17 and an Apple Watch 11. I’m being bombarded by video that talks about a free app to monitor my glucose level. I can find the app (heartbit)… not free and I need to enter my glucose level manually

am I doing something wrong
