Logic Pro shows as not installed after running scripts
I had a script created with Claude to have a count in metronome while in playback mode, not recording. Claude had me create a folder in music apps folder, and gave me the scripts to run in terminal. Everything was going as planned. Finally, it asked to restart Logic Pro, when I clicked on the Logic Pro icon it immediately showed the icon with question mark on top of it indicating that Logic Pro is not installed on the computer! What happened? According to Claude, it had nothing to do with the scripts.
