Received Apple Pay funds not showing in Apple Cash balance

I received money on Apple Pay but it is not showing in balance for Apple cash

If someone sent you money using Apple Cash, open Wallet > Apple Cash and check the latest transactions.


Also check the Messages conversation where the payment was sent. If you see Accept, tap it — Apple Cash can be set to accept payments manually, and you have 7 days to accept one.


If the payment shows as accepted or completed but the balance still hasn’t updated, tell us what status you see for that transaction in Wallet. That would help narrow it down.

If the payment itself shows Completed but your Apple Cash balance didn’t increase, I wouldn’t have the sender send it again.


Restart the iPhone, then open Wallet > Apple Cash and check whether there’s any message asking you to verify your identity or showing that the Apple Cash account is restricted.


If the transaction still shows Completed and the money is still missing, that’s something an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank should check on the account. Apple directs transaction problems to them here:
