Can't get the Apple Care sign off so I can access my music.
Turned off laptop for 30 seconds and restarted, nilch. Same thing.
Any suggestions? Chat GTP is baffled
Anyone know how to get out of this situation?

What do you mean by "Apple Care sign off"?
This is the iTunes for Mac forum are using an old Mac? iTunes has not been available on Macs for over 7 years now.
If you mean the Apple Music app, can you not click on one of the options under Library in the side panel in Apple Music to access your library?
Can you take a screen shot of what is blocking you?
