Hi, I think that’s a suggestion worth getting in front of Apple. Please use the link below and offer your feedback directly to corporate. Apple corporate and Apple Support do not participate in these user discussion forums other than moderating rules violations.
However, just so you understand the limitations, Apple Cash is not a traditional bank account. Apple Cash is a reloadable prepaid debit card on the Visa network. There are no physical cards, no associated checking or savings accounts like PayPal, Cash App or Venmo.
Apple is not a bank and partners with Green Dot Bank to offer limited financial services such as Apple Cash. Apple is able to offer Apple Cash to almost anyone 18 and over living in the US with an iPhone. Unlike traditional debit cards Apple Cash does not require a credit check, key to offering it to all US residents with an iPhone and over 18. A traditional account does not permit that and some iPhone owners would be denied Apple Cash cards. I’m not sure Apple wants to branch into multiple financial products and services.
You’ll need to convince Apple of the need and benefit of traditional bank accounts for iPhone users. Good luck!
