There is no "safari server".
Safari is the browser.
What "server" can you not find?

Safari calls websites servers; web servers.
That error is usually a website that’s offline, or maybe a problem with an extension, or possibly a VPN issue.
According to several sites that can check to see if a site is available, one but one says it's down for everyone. The one exception says it can only be accessed from a small number of hubs.
So it's not just you. It's most people.

If you're seeing this issue with only one page, it's on their end. Try again later.
Bookmark a service such as https://downdetector.com/ as a way to check access to a major website, and — for the busier sites — how widespread the issue. For smaller sites, there are other services available.
I’m unaware of much of anything active in .gb, though.
