iCloud for Windows fails to launch after troubleshooting

Hello,

When I try to launch iCloud for Windows, I get this error.

I searched online and tried uninstalling/reinstalling, and terminating then repairing/resetting from Windows Settings, but it still doesn't work.

This is costing me a lot of time because I use iCloud Passwords in Google Chrome, so now every time I want to sign in, I have to check the password on my iPhone instead.

I also have an old laptop that I rarely use, and everything works fine there. Both iCloud and iCloud Passwords in Chrome function correctly.
