so I accidentally bought Pandora subscription plus which is 5.99 a month but the same day I bought it I realized and unsubscribe, I thought it wouldn’t be no charge since i unsubscribe & didn’t use now I can’t download apps because I have a “bill” which is for Pandora and it also says my subscription ends 09/20

You’re likely still being charged because the subscription wasn’t fully canceled before the next billing cycle.
To resolve this, go to Settings, [your name], select Subscriptions and confirm that your subscription is canceled.
Then, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the charge and request a refund explaining why you canceled the subscription.
