Unable to open URL links in Apple Wallet terms and conditions

When adding cards to apple wallet, some banks have URL in terms and conditions. I'm unable to open the url by clicking on the link. Is this expected? I'm trying to add the card to wallet manually going into Apple Wallet app.

The Terms and Conditions are not an Apple document. T&C are specific for each bank and the file is actually sent by the issuing bank. You’ll need to contact the bank for specific issues related to their Terms & Conditions. Sorry.
