How to acquire carabiners for Beats Studio Pro and Beats Solo 3

Hi all,

Over the past couple of years I've bought 3 sets of Beats headphones (Beats Studio Pro and 2 x Beats Solo 3). The Solo 3 headset I bought in November 2023 had a 'Beats branded Carabiner Belt Bag Clip D Ring' included ... but the Solo 3 I bought in April 2025 and the Studio Pro I bought in November 2025 did not. Is there any way I can acquire the carabiners? I appreciate that they are not a prerequisite for the operation of the headsets - which are great ... but, they look good. :-).

Many thanks for any advice that can be offered,

Hello,

You should be able to find these at any dollar store, in various colors.

Or are you after the beats logo? Apple doesn’t sell the beats branded carabiners separately (from what I could find) so you might have to reach out to beats directly, check their website, or see if websites like Amazon carry them.

Take care

I wonder why Beats stopped including them.

Apple has been decreasing the inclusion of what, back in the day, were called "pack-ins." iPhones used to include a cable, headphones, an adapter, some stickers, and a small getting-started guide. Now, they include a cable. I suspect there are a number of reasons for this. The most obvious and cynical would be that it increases profit margins. But I also do believe that there are environmental reasons as well. Why keep including things that most people either already have multiples of or don't use in the first place? Making less and shipping less is better for the environment.

If there are Apple Stores where you live, you might try going in and asking very nicely if they have any. When I worked for Verizon, we would often, as a goodwill gesture, give people small things that had been scavenged from returns or store demos. Rumor has it that if you ask, Apple will give you the stickers.
