How do I stop Apple devices from repeatedly asking for password on iPad and Apple TV?

Then no, that isn’t the device, it’s a service, probably your Apple account. You might post a screen shot to better identify it, however. If it is, the easiest solution is setting up multifactor authentication.

PS to your original post. Those devices contain a great deal more information about you than you think. You should consider being a bit more conscientious out protecting them.

Well, you have to have a valid payment method on your Apple account.

It doesn't matter whether you buy anything or not.

2 factor authentication is also a good thing even though you have nothing to lose.

That’s because you are already logged in to Google, and have Google’s 2 factor authentication or passkey enabled.

I am guessing it wants to force me into two factor identification. Unlike many other people, I have NOTHING of interest on my devices for a hacker. I have no credit card or any payment method on file with apple. Is there any way to get apple off my back? It should be MY option to the level of security that I desire, not APPLE!

Believe it or not, security is there to protect APPLE, as well as you. If you had a loss because your security was week you might want to sue Apple. And the same is true for Google and any other business you deal with.

A little clarification: what EXACTLY are you being asked to log into? The devices (iPad and AppleTV)? That should be easy enough to fix. A specific service? Which ones?

If you actually log in rather than clicking Not Now it won’t ask again.
