Cannot find purchased Final Cut Pro X in App Store for reinstall on new MacBook Pro

Dear Community,

I have been using and purchasing Final Cut Pro X since around 2014. I have recently purchased a new MacBook Pro, and I am now using macOS version 26.5.2.

However, I cannot find Final Cut Pro X in the App Store or in my list of purchased applications, so I am unable to download and install it on my new Mac.

Could you please advise me on how I can access and reinstall the version of Final Cut Pro that I previously purchased? I would like to continue using my existing Final Cut Pro libraries and projects.

I am signed in with my Apple Account, which I believe is the same account I used for the original purchase.

Could you please let me know what might be causing this problem and how I can resolve it?

You should contact Apple Support. Was it bundled with a Mac? I don't think anyone here can help since you've already logged in with the Apple Account you believe was used to originally purchase FCP. Maybe support can help determine if there was another Account used.

Thanks Terryb, I will try to get in contact with Apple Support again. I tried a few weeks ago without any useful help.
