My apple pencil pro suddenly became unsqueezable and the area where you can press down easily to squeeze it is now really hard for some reason. The iPad doesn't respond to the pencil anymore, it cannot charge but the Bluetooth connection on the iPad says that the pencil is still connected. What's wrong with it?

You appear to to be describing a potential failure of at least one of the Pencil's sensors.
You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad and Apple Pencil Pro. If a fault is identified with either, you'll be in the best possible place to explore your available options:
