Dispute an Apple Card charge

You can report it from inside the wallet app.

Find the transaction in the wallet app for the Apple Card, tap on it, and use the 'report an issue' link.

If you mean your AppleCard Mastercard, you may contact Goldman Sachs using the contact means available in your Wallet.

If you mean AppleCash, it unfortunately has no purchase protection. Any refunding would need to be from the seller.

You cannot refuse a legitimate charge because you are unhappy with the product. This is between you and the merchant. Contact the merchant and ask for the refund or replacement product.

In fact, the first two questions ANY card issuer will ask are:

• Have you contacted to merchant ?
• What was the merchant’s response ?

The company from whom you purchased should have some type of return policy. That seems best place to start
