Childs screen time no longer breaking out apps that are used or enforcing limits.

Childs screen time no longer reporting breakout of which apps are being used. All bars are grey and there is no list of "most used" or option to change to "categories".

I've tried many of the online suggestions but nothing resolves it.

We are both up to date on latest version.

Try this

Instead of turning Screen Time off directly on the child's device, forcing the reset through the Family Sharing organizer portal on your phone pushes a clean configuration file over iCloud.

  1. On your phone, open Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then select Family Sharing (or tap Family directly below your name).
  3. Select your child's profile.
  4. Tap Screen Time, then scroll to the bottom and select Turn Off App & Website Activity. Enter the Screen Time passcode when prompted.
  5. Wait 60 full seconds to allow iCloud to communicate the shutdown command to your child's phone.
  6. Re-enable it from the same menu by tapping Turn On App & Website Activity.
