FCP: Clips disappear from browser after adding to Multicam

Clips added to multicam disappear from browser?

Hi folks. Working on my 2nd FCP project. I recently completed syncing all my angle clips into a Multicam clip which I will use for most of my work.

But I'm trying to create a secondary project that uses one of the angle clips directly, not via the Multicam. And I'm noticing that all the clips that were put into the Multicam are completely gone out of my project browser. The only place I could find them was under this panel in the inspector:

But I can't access those angles from there. (They were previously all visible under the "1.Studio" event)

Is this behavior expected? When I add a clip to a Multicam, I can never access that clip again as an individual, even for a separate project in the same library?

Thanks in advance!

As Luis says, it's a default that can be changed. Hide clips in the browser in Final Cut Pro for Mac - Apple Support

You can also deselect the "Hide original clips" checkbox when creating the multicam.
