Copy & paste issues iPadOS 26.6.1 - Myself & my husband are having issues copy & pasting from contacts - when we paste anything from contacts into a mail or anywhere else it pastes it in white text, so you cant see it. We can highlight and change the colour, but we have not had to do this before the latest update.

I’m seeing the same issue on my end (iPadOS 26.6.1). Choose “Paste and Match Style” instead of just “Paste” in the popup menu.
You could let Apple know of this issue: Product Feedback - Apple.
A new bug? I don’t typically copy/paste from Contacts so I don’t know if it’s a recent issue.
As a side note, you could send by email the whole contact card by long-pressing the contact in the contact list, choosing Copy and pasting in the email. (You can also choose Share instead of Copy.)
