Is there an email address to send complaints to ?

Generally, no. However, it depends.

— If a complaint about something in the forums, use the moderators' email address that you can find in the forums' Terms of Use document.

— If a product complaint: Product Feedback - Apple

— If a problem with some part of Apple's web presence: Apple Website Feedback

— If a store employee, start with the store manager.

— if about a service/support issue, or a reseller, you'll need to write a snail-mail letter:

Apple will not see complaints posted in these user-to-user forums.

As your fellow end users, that all wh have for you.

It is difficult to understand why you would respond as you did. Allan Jones provided you 5 different ways to contact Apple. Maybe if you were more specific about your complaint the response could have been narrowed down to a single way to contact Apple. We users have no insight into your issue nor Apple's possible response to it. Contact Apple.
