MacBook Neo Bluetooth not working

Open  > System Settings > Bluetooth and check whether Bluetooth is turned on.

If Bluetooth is on, check that the device is turned on and discoverable. 

In Bluetooth settings, select the device under Nearby Devices and choose Connect.

If a previously connected device is not connecting, you can disconnect or forget the device and then connect it again. (Apple Support)

If the affected device is a Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, or Magic Trackpad, Apple recommends turning the accessory off and on. 

If Bluetooth still cannot be turned on, restart the Mac and try again. 

You can also connect the accessory to the Mac with the appropriate cable to pair it again. If you can't connect your Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, or Magic Trackpad to your Mac.

If a Bluetooth device connects but does not remain connected, wireless interference may also be relevant. Apple includes this as a troubleshooting consideration for Magic accessories. (Apple Support)
