Deciding between Duo and 18 Pro Max. I use phone mounted on golf cart on the course. Is Duo safe unfolded on MagSafe mount while riding? I like the idea of running 2 apps while playing (GHIN and Arccos) but concerned that vibration while on course will make Duo unstable since mount is just on one side unfolded.

Using an iPhone Duo on a golf cart’s MagSafe mount is risky when unfolded.
The vibration and bumps while driving will likely make it unstable, as iPhone Duo’s hinge and weight distribution aren’t designed for that kind of motion.
It’s safer folded or on a secure cradle-style mount.
The safest option is the iPhone 18 Pro Max.
