Daughter cannot access Apple Music on Family Sharing Apple One plan.

Apple One has both an Individual and Family plan with different subscriptions prices. Even with Family Sharing, the Individual Apple One plan will not allow sharing of Apple Music to other members of that plan. Knowing the price you are paying for Apple One, may help to confirm you have the right subscription.

Also you need to make sure that the Apple One Family subscription is being shared. Go to Settings > [name on top] > Subscriptions > Manage Family Access and make sure the switch next to the service is turned on.

I have just seen this and I hope this can help: Ok so this did happen to me when I was on my family plan if you try and delete Apple Music or restart you device maybe that will work but try the Apple Music deleting and re-downloading first
