Syncing iMac to phone
My iMac will not allow incoming calls from my landline even though all settings have been updated and were verified by an Apple tech.

I’ll assume the landline calls are calling into an iPhone sharing the same Apple Account, and Continuity has been set up:
If there’s not an iPhone sharing the same Apple Account involved here, the landline has nothing to call as an iMac itself has no cellular communications hardware and no IMEI and no RJ11 connection.
If something else is (not) happening here, please add a few more details, and add some details about what you have tried.
