Unable to fill in forms on iMac using Adobe Acrobat Sign

Adobe Acrobat Help says to fix form-filling issues on your iMac, download the file directly to your computer instead of opening it inside a web browser, and verify that the document permits editing.

Common Fixes for Adobe Acrobat & Sign on Mac

• Save the File Locally: Do not fill out the form inside Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. Right-click the PDF, save it to your iMac, and open it directly inside the Adobe Acrobat Reader Application.(https://get.adobe.com/)
• Check Document Security: Open the PDF in Acrobat, go to File > Document Properties > Security, and make sure Filling of form fields is set to Allowed. If it is restricted, you must ask the sender for an unlocked version
