Apple lease program

Apple lease program doesn't allow you to use a credit card other than Apple's. They should be upfront about that. Don't make me go through this whole process just to pull the rug out at the end. And now Klarna has all my info. You might say - just get the free apple card. But I shouldn't need to. What a waste of a good program.

I think you are confusing a couple of different programs.

  • The Apple Upgrade program is managed through Klarna, not Apple, where you can use any payment method you want to make those monthly payments for an iPhone lease with upgrade options.
  • The AppleCard offers interest free payments over 24 months for purchase of an iPhone where you own that device.
