Hi there

Please try this

  • Delete the stuck update file: Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, go to General > Storage, find and delete any downloaded watchOS update file, then try downloading it again.
  • Restart both devices: Turn off your Apple Watch and your paired iPhone, wait a few seconds, turn them both back on, and retry.
  • Check battery and charger: Place your Apple Watch on its magnetic charger and make sure it has at least 50% battery throughout the installation.
  • Verify Wi-Fi and Bluetooth: Ensure your iPhone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network (preferably 2.4GHz if connection drops occur) and that Bluetooth is turned on. Disable any active VPN on your iPhone.
