How to remove AI features to reclaim SSD storage on Mac mini?

How to remove AI from golden gate?

I'm hoping it's possible to remove AI from Golden Gate. Based on folder sizes, it looks like the System+ AI uses c.80GB of my SSD [Mini M4, 500GB SSD/24GB RAM] - that's around 15% of my drive. Folder "AssetsV2" is 40GB alone.

I have no intention of using SIRI/AI under any circumstances. I don't need help writing emails nor editing photos. I am hoping to remove the un-needed/un-wanted files to reclaim valuable SSD real estate. Any guidance to this end welcomed.

27.2 would be beta.

Indeed. As a developer, I have access to the betas. That's not a secret nor under any kind of NDA.

But I really don't want to be automatically put back on the beta cycle. Yes, I do intend to install the beta, just not yet. I'll do it on my own schedule. Even thought this is my burner test machine, I still use it for things. I'm not going to install any Apple software on it, beta or not, until a few million chumps test it for me.
