Another workaround to avoid too many taps would be to use a shortcut (for the Shortcuts app) that opens the Per-App Settings directly. Here is one: Open Per-App Settings.

You could place this shortcut in the Control Center (though I hear there might be issues in iOS 27 with running shortcuts from the Control Center).

To everyone, please let Apple know of the missing functionality: Product Feedback - Apple. The more feedback they get, the sooner the issue might be fixed.

I have the same problem. I tried a Force restart and the problem was solved but after a few minutes it came back. I tried a second Force restart but after a few taps here and there in settings the option is gone again.

(When you try from the Home Screen and you see the "Family Only" option you know that the function is broken.)

It's a bug for sure, hope that will be fixed soon.

I am experiencing the exact same thing with my phone after updating iOS 27. I no longer see the option when I go to the control center and tap on the text size icon where I can individually change the size of a certain app that I’m inside of now it doesn’t allow me to do that. It’s missing from the bottom. I’ve been trying to figure it out. I tried resetting my phone. I tried restoring the phone and it keeps happening. I’m not sure what’s the issue

Appriciate the advise but for me is important to have it in on the controler from Control Center as I'm using it a lot

Especialy now after accidentaly resetting all apps to the same text size before noticing the problem, I will need it a lot for some time. The work around you suggested is to many clics to go through for each and every app individualy

But thenk you anyway for trying to help

Thank you 6x6

This is great

it really works But

If you want to stay on Display Zoom/Large Text then it goes back to the same buggy way

So I’m still not happy with the resolution

And Apple starting to feel a lot more like Microsoft- instead of debugging the old software, they just adding more bugs, as if hoping to divert the user’s attention to a new problem instead of fixing the old one 😟

Very disappointed

I’ve had more faith in Apple

This is an accessibility issue. It should be a priority to resolve in my opinion. This option helps people like myself with vision issues. I wear glasses but still need the fine tuning. They finally fixed it for some apps in the last iOS release but broke it somehow? This is confusing. Please help us Apple. I need this for day to day issues as most other people with a disability do.
