Accessibility Keep Using My Mic on MacOs 27

right after installing macos 27, this accessibility keep using my mic for no reason even i stop all application from using my microphone, turning off siri, voice command, voice control etc and this keep running. any ideas?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 27.0

I worked out it was because I had Name Recognition toggled on in Accessibility

I had the same problem on my iPhone when updating to iOS 27 what fixed it for me was switching the language of the phone.
