How to resolve freezing and crashing issues on iMac running macOS 15.7.9?

I am having big problems with my iMac OS Retina Sequoia 15.7.9 crashing i have posted the Disk utility readings and i think i need to delete some containers I have been trying to fix the problem but made it worse

Those Disk Images are not causing your Freezing or Crashing issues and can be Deleted.


To look into and sort out why your iMac is Freezing and Crashing...

The Disk Utility sidebar information for your Internal disk looks normal.


To expand the sidebar grab the divider and drag it slightly to the right.

To see the amount of used drive space select the Container disk instead of the drive.




As for the Disk Images in your screenshot..?

You need to highlight each one of those and provide a screenshot for each one.
