Multiple charges for cab service not received
Hello I tried calling a cab and it charged me 3 times and I didn’t get to call the cab

Contact the bank that issued the card you used that was charged three times. Apple is not a bank and does not participate in the transactions using Apple Pay. All transaction using Apple Pay follow from your iPhone to the merchant, to the payment network operator (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.) and finally to the bank.
Contact the merchant and request a refund, if they refuse, contact the support team at your bank and dispute the transactions that are in error.
