How do you interrupt/cancel/stop an already running VoiceOver command in iOS? Like, “pan up 99 times”

His medicinei tried a bunch of things

* stop listening

* pan (other direction to what i said): just makes both commands run simultaneously

* hey siri turn off voiceover - pan counts as touchinput and cancels siri globe

* side buttons

* screen lock

the thing is i still like to use pan up/down N times because repeating myself is bothersome/tiresome

saying “just dont say 99 times” is a workaround btw, not a solution. There is probably some kind of way to cancel an already running command, right?
