18 Pro unable to send photos in text messages

If you're seeing photos to an Android, then contact your phone carrier and let them know, MMS/RCS is their feature.

I have the exact same problem. Apple senior support tech helping me. Told me to wait 2 days and check again as he says the photos and info is still transferring. I went to my Apple computer where the photos were and they are not there now. Very frustrating. My apple 17 pro which I traded in had no problem with this.

Also issues with images sending. New 18 Pro Max. It isn’t every time or even ever image. But it is aggravating. Factory resetting a brand new phone is a hassle. I may do it if they don’t issue a bug fix. Will report back either way.

Just talked to a different specialist. We spent over an hour trying to find out why my text photos wont transfer over to my new 18pro. he said they were not recoverable. It's frustrating when one specialist tells me it sometimes takes days and another one tells me photos are not recoverable. This has been going on ever since I bought my new 18pro 4 days ago.Also there were several phone calls that were disconnected. Have always had faith in apple being able to solve a problem. I am slowly losing that faith. Hoping that these photos show up eventually.

I did a reset all setting as suggested by Apple. This did not resolve it for me.

This is ridiculous! I had the 12 series with no problems now this!!!
