AppleTV+ app cant be found on Samsung TV appstore. Recently Apple enabled the service and I can watch fine on my phone, ipad etc and even on my Android box but on my Samsung TV and LG tv the app cannot be found in the app store on the TVs. Is this something that Apple should do like inform the TV manufacturers that the service has been enabled or something else that they should do
The Apple TV app is already available on most Samsung Tv models. I have it installed on 2 Samsung TVs and can see it in the Samsung app store. It's been available for several years now.

If you cannot find it on your TV, it may not be supported on your specific models of TV.

It's the same situation in Romania and it's one month already since the service went live. No app on Samsung and LG tvs. You can make an UK account, log in, download the app, but when trying to log in it will tell you the region is not supported (which is not true). I guess the apps need to be updated and it takes a while. Meanwhile, you can use airplay or the windows/mac app if you have your TV connected to a pc/mac. It's the only way for now. It's a shame that we have to wait months for this while paying for the subscription.
I should mention that I’m in Macedonia and as this region has been added to AppleTV+ just a week ago it was never part of the offering on Samsung and LG app stores
Both Samsung and LG have offered AppleTV for quite a while. It doesn’t (unless there has been a recent change) come pre installed on all models, but should be available to download.
Make sure the OS on the TVs is up to date.
Since the service was just enabled in your region it may be related to a delayed rollout for 3rd party app access. Best to contact Apple support for further information.
It's not something a user can resolve. The service was just added to those regions and it will take time to rollout the app for 3rd party devices. If you want to see if you can get a more definitive answer you can contact Apple support.

In which case it may take a little bit before Apple, Samsung and LG make the Apple TV app avaiable in the app store in your region.
Give it a few more days and it should probably show up.
since apple made the app for the tv's in other regions, then it's 100% samsung / LG which choose when the app is available in recently approved regions. apple would not be involved in the process.
Have you been able to resolve the issue? I live in Skopje, and cannot see Apple TV+ on my LG Apps for North Macedonia. I tried to switch region, and install the Apple TV app, but cannot log in due to "unsupported region" restrictions.
